Pamela was very easy to work with. She kept the process clear at every step and called back so quickly when I had a question. I feel like she was very attentive and when refinancing for a home in the middle of an unknown market condition it is extremely valuable to have an attentive representative. I was shopping around and got some offers that were competitive (slightly higher) than Quicken Loans. The other names were businesses that I bank or have banked with and trust already. Quicken's low rates were important but probably more important was signing with a team that I felt understood my situation. Another big help for me in trusting Quicken was that Pamela had many other team mates to help with the various parts. They really seemed to be working in close concert with one another to record papers, handle legal work, schedule the different steps. They did a great job and I'm very happy.
