This was our first experience with Quicken Loans, but it was so much better than our last refinance and quicker as well. The loan officers were helpful, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They were extremely quick in returning messages,etc. The whole experience was unbelievably quick and easy. I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who is interested in refinancing, and I already have.
