Agent was easily accessable and updates/ emails were sent immediately to let me know the status of the loan. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Process went quickly and smoothly. I feel I got a good rate, but feel that the closing costs were a bit high. I probably could have gotten a lower cost if I had taken more time to shop and compare. The convenience of handling most information by fax and email was appreciated.
