Prior to contacting Quicken Loans I had talked with several other mortgage brokers and banks. I found them to be less than helpful and not at all knowledgable about the loan program I was interested in. When I spoke with Adam he was extremely helpful and knowledgable and always willing to answer my questions at any time. I felt that overall the level of service I was provided was excellent. Kudos to Adam!
