My husband and I were very impressed with our re-fi done through Quicken Loans. The application process was simple to negotiate. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process. The bound booklet containing copies of all our closing documents arriving several days before our closing was impressive. We were able read through them all and make sure all were correct. The closing person arrived at the exact time specified and the closing itself took only about 30 minutes. Quick en easy!
