We were a little worried doing an online refinance. Reading some of the reviews didn't really help, but after talking to Justin we felt comfortable in his knowledge of the products we were looking for. He and Dawn seemed to be right on top of everything. They kept us informed all the way through and never failed to return a phone call if we had a question. We have already recommended them to a friend of ours. We are totally satisfied with our decision to use quicken loans and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
