I was very pleased with how fast my questions were answered. The FHA requirements were a little much, but that's not your fault. Overall, it was a pretty good experience! The loan closed smoothly and we have been able to do almost all the repairs to our home that we wanted to do. Thank You for making our first refinance a good one!
