Much smoother process than 3 years ago. We were very leary to use Quicken again, but were having such an issue with a streamline refi with IndyMac that we decided to give it a go. Our loan was closed within a month at a lower rate than IndyMac, who had been working on the streamline for 5 months. Thanks Melanie!
