Having a well put together website and document process makes all the difference in the world to me. Aaron and Michelle were both great, very informative and always available at odd hours. I'm used to banks being completely unresponsive from about Friday afternoon until Monday afternoon, but they were working on my transaction when most people would sleep. The closing process was seamless as well, we were done in 20 minutes and at our convenience.
