I had a very good experience. My mortgage representative was always available and supportive. My rate wasn't as low as I would have liked it so I had to go 15 years fixed rather than 30 years, but that might be best looking long term. I thought everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a relatively painless experience. Thank you.
