I did a lot of research, investigating several banks and interviewing multiple brokers prior to moving forward with Quicken Loans. I was a little hesitant at first due to some of the negative hype about online mortgage companies posted throughout the internet. In my opinion, when it comes to Quicken Loans, those postings could not be further from the truth. My experience was so positive that I literally could not wait to write this review and have been telling anyone that will listen about Quicken Loans. I had less than a month to close on my loan (which actually ran into trouble because a mortgage broker mishandled my information) and Quicken was able to provide unbelievable service with the efficiency that you'd expect from an online company. Their mortgage broker was knowledgable and answered any and all of my questions, putting me at ease throughout the process. My loan actually closed early, which I could not believe being that every other company was experiencing delays and long wait times.
