I was afraid to take a chance on the internet, but Ken Michaels talked me into it and I was able to look up Quickens Loans on the BBB Website. I was especially happy with the $1,031 check I got from my escrow account. I did a refinance to get a lower interest rate. I was suprised to learn that I could get 4.5% if I paid it back in 15 years. I tried to contact several banks by phone, but they were all so busy that no one called me back that day, so I went on line, and got help right away. I saved $243 a month. My insurance and taxes were increasing at the same time that I was refinancing so my current payment was going up on May 1. Considering the increases, I saved $21 more than I expected, and no payment was due for May.
