Everyone I dealt with along the way was great, very professional and organized. I was very impressed when I was told that they would call me back in about 15 minutes and not only did they call me back but it was actually about 10 minutes (Adam Carrasco). Everyone else we dealt with was great as well including Nicole Carruthers and Patrick Goers. I also liked the computer generated calls to let me know that things were on track as well as regular e-mail updates. Great job and a very pleasant, painless experience.
