Here it is in a nut shell. My situation was despirate. My Daughter was getting married and I had some high bills. A fellow worker gave me Thomas Pientowski's # and within 10 minutes he had it figured out. The process was smooth and fast. We had some snags with a bad appraiser but it was quickly resolved. The house closed a week before the wedding and everthing paid off. Dad was able to walk his Daughter down the isle with pride and a since of relief thanks to your incredible team.
