The whole process went great. Adam anderson himself went way beyond for us from things that were his responsability to things that i called him late at night because a question popped in my head. The rest of the team was helpful as well but Adam was always one step ahead, had paperwork reviewed right away instead of waiting and speaking with other people. the experience was great. the only bad thing was how our loan was given to countrywide and i received two first mortgage payment bills. Then is was given to Bank of America which I beleive is finally the mortgage lender I will be settled with. I wish I was more aware of how that was going to happen.
