The Quickens was not a first company I've tried to obtain a quote for my refinancing, but only Carl explained to me all the details of the process, was willing to work with me toward my goals and agreed without any fuss to close with my attorney and title company. The speed of the process amaized me - it took exactly 3 weeks from our initial conversation to signed papers. (The local broker's estimated time frame was 2-3 months!) The closing documents are attractive, comprehencive and even include amortization schedule (in some banks you have to pay for it). Carl's team is respectfull, knowlegeble and pleasant to deal with. I've already recommended Quicken to my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. Thank you guys!
