Rick Tuggle was so patient and knowledgeable at every juncture. He helped me understand confusing aspects of the loan process by taking the time to explain information in ways I would comprehend. He was very patient with my "issues" when he called me and I couldn't talk at the time he called. He was very accessible whenever I had a question or problem or needed something explained a little further. I have and will recommend Quicken Loans to anyone I know who is interested in mortgage services, including refinancing.
