I have recently utilized Quicken Loans for a refinance. I had used their services for prior refinances, but this last time thought I would deal with another company. Boy, was I wrong. The day that I was going to sign on a good faith estimate (after the company changed their "tune" 3 or 4 times in a period of couple of weeks), a representative from Quicken happened to call. After talking to her for 15 minutes, I realized that I my best interests were not considered by the other company. The Quicken representative was by me every step of the process and was available to call and talk to even when another department was handling the paperwork. I should have know better and not deviated from using Quicken when they have always taken care of my refinance needs in a "quick", professional, and caring manner. Communications between Quicken and the customer are excellent. Many thanks!!
