The re-fi representative that I worked with was very flexible in waiting for me and my wife to make a decision even though the deal she offered us would have otherwise expired. I consider that to be real integrity because it took pressure off of me in not having to make a split-second decision, which should never be necessary. She earned my business by being patient and always being avialable to answer my questions quickly and honestly the first time. The re-fi deal I received from Quicken was highly competitive.
