I liked when my loan officer had time to talk to me directly. Lana went above and beyond in helping us understand all the ways we could do our refinance to our advantage. For me, when assistants called, it seemed impersonal and confusing. We dramatically changed our lives with this refinance. I rolled half my student loan and all the credit card debt into the house at 5% fixed. Now we are able to pay more on the principal and hope to get the house paid off in 15 years as we retire...instead of 30. Lana was wonderful even though we didn't get the original 4.75 because of Tom's unemployment. He's back at work now and we are saving money. This wouldn't have been possible without the refinance.
