My whole experience with Quicken Loans was a very good one. I have refinanced before and it has never been this easy. Only one thing I am concerned about, I haven't gotten any info in where to make my pay't. I would think that info would be out to me well before my first pay't is due. All and all is was a good experience and I would reccomend Quicken to anyone. Thanks, Jennifer
