I ended up with a great fixed rate but thought the online process was a little time consuming. I was asked to fax paperwork several times (at my own expense), had to call the bank myself for the payoff amount, paperwork was sent to the wrong address, my husband\'s last name was spelled wrong on paperwork (even after confirming the spelling over the phone twice), the amount of $ I was told to bring to the closing was wrong. The process was a lot more complicated than I have experienced with other banks in the past, however, I did get a great rate. Editor's Note: Thanks for the review.
