I was concerned when a large check was Fed Exed to the property address instead of to the mailing address and left on the porch. This is 200 miles from my mailing address. It took me 2 days to figure out what happened and the check had laid there on the porch. This was money I was responsible to for to pay back. Also a pay off to my bank was sent to a bank in Ohio and they contacted my bank seeing if I had a loan there and if the money should come to my bank. That was straightened out too in a couple of days but not very efficient book keeping I didnt think. Caused me some stress and concern. Editor's Note: Thanks for the review. I’m sorry about the confusion that occurred about your mailing address. However the issue regarding the wrong mailing address would be difficult for me to explain without knowing more about the situation and what this other property address is and if it was part of the loan process. I’d like to look into this for you so we can try to figure out what happened and where the miscommunications were.
