We had an incredible loan officer. Nothing really went smooth with this loan, snag after snag, Christopher jumped in everytime, making sure - after 3 extensions, it went through. I am not exagerating when I say he went way, way, above and beyond the call of duty through the entire process. I have tried to re-fi in todays market before, and even though we look awesome on paper and are financially solid, they just didn\'t go through - except when I used Quicken Loans. Thanks!!!
