Ed Atar-Garcia was awesome. Friendly, courteous, helpful, well-informed and his follow-up was truly appreciated. Others who were involved along the way did not live up to the same standards as Ed did. I did not find them to be of any help. The gentleman who came to the house for the closing was also friendly, helpful and thorough. I have already recommended Quicken to others but unfortunately the interest in refinancing is no longer there due ot the higher interes rates.
