I don\'t want to bad-mouth anyone, but I WILL praise the one that was most helpful during the whole propcess. Vanessa Vivas was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. If she didn\'t know the answer to something, she would find out the answer and get back to me quickly. Even though I know she probably speaks to many, many people in a day, she always seemed happy to hear from me and eager to help. She made the whole process much easier.
