I was able to close my loan in just under 30 days on a short sale home. My mortgage banker was very helpful and informative. My original contact Racquel, made the whole process exciting and easy. The only drawback to the process is being passed from my original banker, to another person. Buying a home is difficult and confusing the first time. The person I dealt with after Racquel seemed to frustrate me more than make me feel comfortable with the process.
