I had been working for almost two months with another company. Out of frustration I jumped back on the computer to see if I could find another loan offer. Quicken loans came back with the best rate offer even though I had less than perfect credit. My agent, John, was able to get me a great rate and the cash out I wanted and closed my loan in 3 1/2 weeks. Also, he was able to keep my mortgage payment less then it was before my refinance.
