I cant thank my closing team enough.Thanks to the re-fi Im making my payments on time and have a little extra for some home improvement and savings for the unexpected. ..It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend if you havent gotten your bailout from the gov't (I'm still waiting for mine) this is the next best thing. I paid off all my debts and have a reasonable, affordable mortgage.Thanks you guys ,
