Quicken Loans – Team Very Confused + Unorganized

Love the rates. Closing went over a month more then expected. Everytime I called in to check status of loan, I received a Different person that was just reading off notes typed in by someone else. Alot of Promise call backs were not same day. Had trouble co-ordinating between my Credit Union and Quicken Loans. I had to be in the middle and Was confused with wording, which in turn confused my credit union thus delaying the process 3-4 weeks. Quickens would not call anyone and explain exact item needed. My credit union had to Call instead....Over-all the closing was OK , Loved the rates... .. Would come back again if rates attractive enough...... Editor's Note: Thanks for the review. I'm sorry that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. We typically close loans in under 30 days. However, without knowing the exact details of your loan it would be hard to explain the reasons it may have been so drawn out. What was the exact problem between your credit union and Quicken Loans? I would like to look into this problem for you. In addition that fact that call backs seem to have taken so long is unacceptable and we apologize for any inconvenience had. Quicken Loans strives for great customers service for our clients, which is why what you experienced is not common practice for us.
