Nicole Vanier and Brian Wright did a great job working my refinance. I was prompted when my input was needed and they followed through until the end. All arrangements were set up and scheduled by the Quicken Loans professional, experienced employees. They were able to do what I wanted, which was to refinance at a lower fixed interest rate.
