We were happy to get such a great rate. Brad Kessler was easy to talk to and seemed on top of things. There were a couple of unexpected snags with another lender (subordination) and things took some additional time. We had hoped to close out with some cash but instead ended up paying (using all needed cash savings for summer)so this has made things quite stressful.
