The home buying experience can be a very complicated one, especially for first time home buyers like ourselves. However, our Mortgage Banker, Matt Ross, was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the loan. He was quick to respond and always friendly. Everyone at Quicken did everything they could to process the loan as quick as they could. There is always a lot of paperwork involved with loans, but it was nice to be able to sign most documents electronically and not have to interrupt my schedule to meet up to sign some papers.
