I shopped around with other online mortgage companies. Quicken had the best rate with the lower closing costs. The use of technology made it very efficient and certainly sped up the process to get to closing. Also, it was very convenient to have the closing done at our house. I went through the whole process without having to take any time off of work. With my current responsibilities in my career, this was a major plus for me.
