My number one motto: Customer service excellence is key to success. Jason Schumacher was an absolute joy to work with. His professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the mortgage process was probably one of the only reasons I decided to switch to Quicken. My original loan was fine, but the rate was too high. I could have survived, but Jason's customer service (particularly his patience with me) was top-notch. I have been recommending Quicken Loans to family and friends since my refinance closed. I will definitely call Jason again if I decide to purchase another house.
