His professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the mortgage process was probably one of the only reasons I decided to switch to Quicken. My original loan was fine, but the rate was too high. I could have survived, but Jason's customer service (particularly his patience with me) was top-notch. I have been recommending Quicken Loans to family and friends since my refinance closed.
