It took sometime for me to develop trust ... never been through this process before so I was unsure of what it entails. Nonethelees, Brian B. provided the info I needed, exhibited enormous patience and ensured I was comfortable with the process by giving me time to think and make the decisions that were necessary. Brian transfered responsibilities to others who were also helpful.
