I had been looking for a refinance opportunity for almost a year. The bank that held my mortgage had changed hands and made it very difficult for me to fill out the papers and execute the refinance without "jumping through so many unnecessary hoops." Late one evening, I saw the Quicken Ad on TV, so I called the number. The banker, Randy Ross, I talked with was so clear, calm, knowlegeable, and kind that I took steps immediately to follow through with my plans--to refinance my condo and help my grandson with his closing. I shared the information with the banker. From that moment on, every thing happened so quickly and clearly and confidently I felt so proud that I had made a wise decision and would be able to help my grandson on time as well. When I shared the transaction with the banker at the institution where I held my mortgage, he told me that I had gotten a fantastic deal--go for it. The total transaction took place online with a kind and considerate specialist who helped me all along the way, the closing took place in the dining room of my home with a closing agent who was kind and reasonable and quite knowledgeable as well. The final paperwork arrived in a professionally bonded folder the information was clear and concise and reasonable. I am so elated with the entire process I would invite any one to use Quicken with complete confidence. More importantly, I never got an opportunity to get Anxiety Ridden through out the hold process. Yes, I would use and recommend Quicken again.
