Jeff Kriebel was great to work with...initially he checked with underwriting on some issues that could have been a problem...that saved us all a lot of time by ensuring that the loan would be good to go before we really even got started. Getting to closing seemed a little draggy...couldn't always contact a real person who could tell me what the hold up was and what,if anything, I could do to speed things up. Overall though, good experience and I have already referred my sister to Jeff...they are currently working on a refi for her.
