The proccess was quick and easy. Mike Mantua was knowledgable and always available. Quicken Loans worked quicly but very throughly with everthing they did. It is easy to see why they are one of the leaders in the industry. There is one thing I would change. I would rather have Quicken Loans still service my loan. I am very comfortable working with them. The servicing was transfered to GMAC Finance. Although they are no longer part of GM, just the history they have with GM does not sit well with me. I would have either liked to have a choice or stayed with Quicken Loans. Other than that the experience was great.
