The process is straightforward and easy. Although I had some trepidation about dealing with someone who was in another city, the truth is that my loan rep was more responsive and easier to contact than any local broker has ever been. I’m a very qualified borrower and even with the additional scrutiny now being placed on the loan process I didn’t have to do any unnecessary or silly things.
