I worked with Moe Kasham. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was concerned about going through such a detailed process with someone I had never met, but it worked out great. Moe responded quickly to all my emails and was always available by phone. I would recommend quicken loans to those I know who are ready to buy or refinance a house.
