Paul made our loan process as painless as possible. He was personable, pleasant and very responsive. When we had a glitch in our closing process, Paul and Jeff worked very hard to smooth out the wrinkle. Even though our process was entirely via phone and computer, Paul was able to connect with me on a personal level, making the process more reassuring.
