There is just one negative thing...the most annoying thing is that I ended up dealing with 4 or 5 different people. First it was Joe Nichols--who I called as my contact person since my original consultation was with him. Then there was Sundance Brennen, then I spoke to a lady named Elizabeth, also another woman or 2 that filled in when Joe was out of the office. I haven't made my first payment yet, but the loan is at a lower fixed rate, the process wasn't that difficult and I know they took care of paying off my original mortagae. The main reason we typically have more than one person in the loan process is to help with different parts of the process. Although it is unfortunate that Joe was out of the office and may have added to the confusion during your process, it appears that you had a good overall experience and would recommend us.
