This was the 2nd time I have worked with Dave. The 1st time my wife and I were in West Va. on vacation visiting her family and actually closed the loan at her parents home. The closing agent turned out to be an old next door neighbor who's brother was my wife's first boyfriend (sixth grade). This most recent refi happened while my wife was again back in W.VA. and we had numerous hurdles through e-mails and faxes to overcome to complete a timely closing and Dave and his team were very helpful in helping us bridge the 2700 mile gap. p.s. As a result my wife was able to spend some time reminiscing about days gone by with freinds from her childhood after reconnecting with the brother of our first closing agent. Small world, ain't it!!
