Overall not too bad until closing day. The closing agent did not show up. We rescheduled and he was over an hour late the second time. Then he had no idea about a single question we asked. The figures were off from what we were told. There were more costs than what we were told. I would not have closed this loan had I not been in a financial bind at the time.
