This really was the best experience I have had re-financing or getting a first mortgage. I'm pushing 60, so I have done this a few times. Even so, there are always questions that need to be answered. Whenever I had a question, Vincent (and later Tabitha) were quick with an answer. He probably spent more time on this than he expected to (we were waffling about refinancing, in general). Nevertheless, Vincent was consistent in his patience and timely with his responses. Quicken did a great job overall.
