Searching for a mortgage company was a horrible experience for us discovering Quicken Loans. Our bank's,(USAA) mortgage department, fumbled the ball from the very beginning ,and almost cost us the loss of our first home. (Due to a lack of experience and professionalism). Al Abadi stepped up to the plate at the last minute,( 9 days to closing) and scored a home run!!! We are very pleased with his work ethics.
