I was very suprised at how simple and quick the whole process was. I had tried to re-fi with another company earlier in the year and was told by them that the process would take 2-1/2 to 3 weeks, not so. But with Quicken Loans their operation was very organized and well executed. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
