From my first contact I felt that Quicken Loans understood what I was looking for and worked hard to provide it. They were always professional and yet could explain things in a way that I could understand. The communication through the loan process was excellent. Even after the loan closed Quicken Loans continued to help me with some issues that came up. I would heartily recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking to purchase a home or to refinance.
