My enire experience with Quicken Loans was incredibly easy and pleasant. All of the Quicken mortgage specialists that I dealt with were very professional and efficient. The fact that the closing took place in my own home was also extremely convenient . My only concern after the entire process was that shortly after closing I was informed that my mortgage had been taken over by GMAC mortgage co....I'm hopeful that this will not really make any difference overall...I was just somewhat surprised that this occured so soon after closing.
